With 20 years of real estate experience, Patricia Newman delivers a high level of professionalism, strategy, and personalized care to every client she serves. Known for her integrity, results-driven approach, she is committed to making each transaction seamless and stress-free.

Patricia also holds a Third Party Service (TPS) designation with BGRS/Sirva, providing specialized expertise in military relocations, including tight timelines and complex logistics.

Before real estate, Patricia gained international professional experience working in England and New Zealand in administration, then joined her first brokerage as an Admin Assistant - giving her a rare, behind-the-scenes understanding of the industry before becoming licensed in 2006.

As the spouse of a long-serving Canadian Armed Forces member, Patricia understands military life firsthand and proudly serves the CAF community, calling Petawawa and the Ottawa Valley home, a region she knows well and genuinely loves.
