Established in 1905, Garrison Petawawa is nestled in the Ottawa Valley, and is one of Canada’s leading military bases. Located along the shores of the beautiful Ottawa River, Garrison Petawawa and the Town of Petawawa, as well as the City of Pembroke and 16 other municipalities make up Renfrew County.

On a daily basis Tony, Dan and Andrew service members of the Canadian military families stationed at Garrison Petawawa. We understand the IRP system and the time constraints of a house hunting trip. We will work for you before your arrival, making sure you have received listings of current houses for sale by all real estate companies (MLS) and provide local information to help your family become familiar with our area. We can also suggest accommodations if you’d like.

Upon your arrival, we will not only show you homes for sale but will help you explore all your options, like possibly building a new home. During the process we can recommend other professionals to aid you in the buying process such as home inspectors, mortgage brokers, lawyers and other industry partners.
